RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT Take the Radiology Department Tour!! Convenience for our patients, with quality and fast professional service, that is our goal. We have all the latest modalities and an accommodating schedule for our patient's busy lives. Many of our procedures do not have to be scheduled, while the procedures that do need appointments will not have an untimely wait. Our staff consists of two Board Certified Radiologists, Fellowship trained. The technologists are all registered or certified technologists with thorough knowledge of the latest equipment. Our Mammography program follows all mandated guidelines set by the NYS Department of Health and the FDA. It is also an A.C.R. accredited facility and all technologists are certified mammographers. We operate an in-house Transcription Service allowing for fast turnover of radiology reports. We also are a provider for most major insurance companies. Our Department has a state of the art Spiral C.T. machine with 3-D imaging, cardiac scoring and lung screening capabilities. We also have a High field MRI (1.5 Tesla) Short Bore, capable of fast multi-type scanning. The Radiology Department is open six days a week (Monday through Saturday) with some evening hours.
