Mission Statement: The Department of Pain Management offers a non surgical approach to pain relief and pain management for patients with acute and chronic injuries. We provide comprehensive assessment and management, including a detailed history, exam and treatment regimen, specific to each individual patient and/or medical case.

We are problem focused and our goal is to improve pain, function, mobility and your overall well being. The Department of Pain and Rehabilitation is committed to providing the best medical care for our patients and we will continue to explore new and innovative services and treatment.

Appointments

If you are a new patient please come to the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete registration and department paperwork. To reduce your waiting time you can download the new patient information package here. Please bring your insurance card and photo identification as well.

Appointment Cancellation

Please call and cancel at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that other patients in need of medical care can be seen.
